We have been asked by a local attorney to liquidate an outstanding collection of gold and silver coins, proof & mints and currency. We realize this is short notice for such an outstanding collection, so please plan to attend the auction and take full advantage of this opportunity.
Some of the featured items include (9) $20 Liberty Head, (9) $20 St Gaudens gold coins, (3) $10, (8) $5 & (7) $2½ gold coins. Along with (4) 1853 $1 and (7) Tenth-Ounce gold coins, (40) high grade Morgan & Peace Dollars including (10) Carson City silver dollars and a 1921 Peace Silver Dollar and (35) high grade Walking Liberty Halves. There are also (2) 1877 Indian Head Cents in VG to F condition plus additional Indian Head & Lincoln Cents, a complete set of Franklin Halves and Walking Liberty short set both in Capital Plastic display holders. Additional collections include Buffalo Nickels, Kennedy Halves, and a San Francisco Mint collection of Morgan Silver Dollars. The currency is limited to four very nice bills including a Series 1917 $2 & a Series 1923 $1 Large Size Notes, a Series 1928A $1 silver certificate, and a Series 1922 $10 Gold Note. There is also an outstanding collection of commemorative half dollars including the 1918 Illinois, 1935 San Diego, 1936 Long Island and 1892 & 1893 Columbian Exposition plus a few additional commemoratives. There is also a number of outstanding coins that range from a 1835 Capped Bust Half Dime to a 1929-S Standing Liberty Quarter.
