Notice to All Bidders: All items in this auction will be sold in catalog order. We will have the final "Order of Sale" established and posted to our web site no later than Friday, December 30th at noon.

General Description: This auction will consist of items from two estates from the Topeka area and a number of general consignors. Items will include 40 pieces of jewelry and precious / semi-precious stones and gems, figurines include Hummels, Lladro, Armani, Snowbabies, and Series E Precious Moments, Opalescent glassware, Persian rugs, high-end office furniture and ergonomic office chairs, sculptures, paintings, drawings and water colors, and lots of new merchandise.

Figurines include over (135) Hummel figurines, (26) Series "E" Precious Moment figurines, (9) Lladro figurines, (7) original Florence sculptures by Giuseppe Armani, and (28) Snowbabies figurines.

Artwork includes pieces by Charles Russell, Fredrick Remington, Tim Cox, and Patricia Tremblay.

Statues include authorized bronze reproductions of Fredrick Remington’s "Bronco Buster", "Wicked Pony", and "Rattle Snake", Bronzetone statues by Michael Gorman, and assorted other statues.

Oriental Persian Rugs: These are truly beautiful hand-made of art. No two rugs are the same. We have (17) of these pieces of artwork from different regions in Iran. Rugs made in a specific area are generally of the same design and style, thus they are referred to by whatever region they were made. We have rugs of various size and from different regions including Mahal, Naieen, Tabriz, Heriz and Sarouk Designs, Mashad, and Yazd.

Office Furniture & Chairs includes a beautiful solid wood 2-piece office desk with touch lighting, a "U" shaped office desk that include a modern lighted 2-piece hutch, a large work area, and a large office desk with drawers, (2) 72" racetrack conference tables, (1) 30" round "Pub Style" table, (2) 3-corner occasional tables, (1) 24" personal computer table with keyboard ledge, (2) Gunlocke leather occasional office chairs, (4) sky blue conference table chairs, (6) tan conference table chairs, (2) tall bar chairs, and (11) miscellaneous office and side chairs.

Patio and Poolside Items includes (4) 72" upright propane patio heaters, 42" round glass top patio table, (3) metal chaise lounge chairs, (2) 5’ hardwood benches, cast iron patio bench, glass top "U" shaped patio / pool bar with patio umbrella, 3-piece bistro set, and (2) deck chairs. Mowers, Grills and Lawn Items include (2) 36-volt BlackandDecker mowers, (4) gas and charcoal grills – including one combination gas and charcoal grill, Earthquake 5-ton hydraulic or 120-volt electric log splitter, and 2 in 1 lawn utility cart.
